Venucci Return Policy
Returning an item:
Before returning any item please contact us by either telephone, fax, email, so that we can issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and return instructions. We do not accept returns without a RMA.
Goods damaged in transit:
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to provide photographic evidence or return the damaged product, if requested (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of all orders) to us for assessment.
Refunds:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 7 days, in original packing (both inner and outer), for a full refund, RMA required - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Method of refunds:
Venucci Pty Ltd will refund to your credit card or paypal, or we can post a cheque or international money order.
Wholesale account holders will have a credit in our system.
Conditions:
You must notify us of your intention to return the item/s within 7 days of receiving your item/s.
The returned item/s are received by us within 30 days of us providing you with a return authorisation (RMA).
The item/s are returned to us in 'as new' condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories,labels and manuals complete and intact.
The item/s are NOT, used, damaged, and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them back.
The item is securely packed for return shipping to ensure that the item and packaging is received back by us in original and re-saleable condition.
Their must be nothing stuck or written on the item itself or its inner packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging
The Customer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses of having the item returned.
The Customer's payment will be refunded within 30 days, subject only to deduction of any direct costs of transport incurred by Venucci in relation to the return of the goods.
Once we have received and inspected the goods for their suitability for re-sale, your payment will then be refunded minus our original delivery fees and also a restocking fee of $10.
